Manufacturer Quick Edit

Manufacturer Quick Edit is a module for OpenCart that greatly simplifies working with manufacturers (brands) in the store’s administrative panel.
The module allows you to change the master data of manufacturers directly from the general list, without the need to open the card of each manufacturer. This significantly speeds up the work of content managers, SEO specialists and online store owners, especially if the catalog contains dozens or hundreds of brands.
An intuitive interface allows you to quickly update information, saving time on routine operations and making catalog management more convenient.

Module capabilities

• Quick editing of manufacturers without openingcards.
• Changing the manufacturer's name.
• Editing SEO URL (CNC).
• Quick change of manufacturer image.
• Changing the sort order.
• View the quantity of manufacturer's products.
• Minimum number of clicks to make changes.

Important! The module does not replace the standard manufacturer page and does not make changes to its operation . Once installed, it adds a separate quick edit page, so you can always use both the standard OpenCart interface andnew advanced editor.
If you want the Manufacturer Quick Edit page to automatically open when you open the "Catalog → Manufacturers" section, this can be easily configured. If necessary, write to me in private messages - I will help you complete this setup.


Installation instructions:

• Upload the contents of the upload folder from the art_manufacturer_quick_edit.zip archive to the root of the site;
• Go to the "System->User Groups" section, select the desired group and check the "Allowed viewing" and "Allowed changes" checkboxes next to catalog/art_manufacturer_quick_edit and save;
• Loginin the module settings and customizing it for yourself;
• Update OCMOD cache;
• Now the sub-item “QE Manufacturers” should appear in the “Catalogue” menu item
