Tire Filter adds a full-fledged service for selecting tires and rims to the OpenCart/ocStore online store. The buyer can select a car or specify the product parameters manually, see all acceptable sizes and immediately go to suitable products.

The module is suitable for tire and wheel stores that need convenient selection, a modern results page, SEO landing pages and automatic updating of the car directory.

IMPORTANT: the car database must be purchased separately!

Car database is not included in the price and module archive. For selection by make, model,year and modification, you need to buy a compatible database from the project partner - TyresAddict:

Without a purchased and downloaded database, vehicle selection and automotive SEO pages will not work. Selection by product parameters remains available after setting categories and attributes.

Compatibility and requirements



The module has been tested on the standard OpenCart/ocStore 2.3 theme. A custom theme may require adaptation of OCMOD templates and insertion points.

Requirements for goods

The module is not an importer of the product catalog. Tires and wheels must be previously added to OpenCart, be in the assigned categories, and have the size attributes filled out. After installation, you need to map the attributesstore with module fields.

Installation

• Back up files and database;
• upload all files from the UPLOAD folder to the root of the site;
• update modifier cache;
• install and open the Tire Filter module;
• assign categories of tires and wheels;
• match product attributes;
• buy and download the TiresAddict car database;
• configure SEO, seasonality, database updating and, if necessary, OCFilter;
• add a module to the desired layout.

Integration with the product card is performed through OCMOD. The module does not replace the standard product.php and product.tpl files.
