Opencart makes duplicate queries to the database. This happens when you have several modules on your page, for example the “Viewed” module and the “Recommended” module, and they contain the same product. In this case, Opencart accesses the database twice to request information about the product, which leads to additional load on the database server. This module allows you to cache such requests.
