Widget "UniShop2 - Customer requests"

The addition was made at the request of one of the stores that actively uses the module UniShop2 - Customer Requests to collect customer requests.
Since by default in the template, data about these requests is displayed on the first tab in the admin panel and the left column in the section, together with the template settings, it became necessary to display them in a more visible place on all pages in the admin panel.
I post it "as is". Technical/support is not provided.
