Popup feedback form

The module allows you to simply and conveniently create fields to fill out in a form and customize its appearance. Add fields, move them among themselves, specify an input mask, add text of agreement with the policy, etc. 
By default, the form is not visible on the page, but the settings indicate the class, id, or html selector, upon clicking which the form opens. In the settings, you can specify any of the existing elements on the page: button, text, photo, any block whose selector is specified in the form settings.
