The GR simle order export add-on allows you to export customer orders in xls, xlsx and csv formats.
The addition will be especially useful when reconciling orders/payments/shipments for orders, etc.
Module capabilities:
- selecting a range of dates for creating orders for export
- choice of export format
- selecting the maximum number of lines in the export file
- automatic splitting into several files. if the number of rows exceeds the specified value
- selection of exported order data (order number, buyer, phone, email, order status, total, date added, date updated)
- selection of orders with certain statuses
- export of lost orders
- a table with export files by date and order of creation, with the ability to download or delete a fileNote:
The date range is taken from the order creation date
If the number of exported orders exceeds the specified number of lines, the export will be split into several files. For example: The export includes 22,000 orders, and the limit is 5,000 lines. - 4 files of 5000 lines each and 1 file of 2000 lines will be created.
The maximum number of files for one-time generation is 300
The generated export files are saved in "storage/download". If a file is deleted “manually”, then when you access the add-on, this file will disappear from the table of exported files.
When the module is deactivated, all generated export files are deleted!
