Custom fields "Customer requests"

IMPORTANT:
- This is NOT a stand-alone product, but an extension for the UniShop2 template
- Requires an installed and configured UniShop2 template
- Tested on the current version of the UniShop2 template

OPPORTUNITIES:

INSTALLATION:
1. Upload the file uni_request_custom_fields.ocmod.xml via Extensions → Installer
2. Go to Extensions → Modifications and click "Update"
3. Clear modification cache and template cache

SETUP:
1. Go to the left columnUniShop2 → Customer requests → Settings → Custom form settings

3. Add the required fields in the "Additional form fields" section
4. BE SURE to click the "Apply (Update code)" button next to the "Example code for calling this form" field
5. Save settings

USE:
Additional fields automatically appear in customer request forms. All data is saved and displayed in the admin panel.
With this extension, you essentially get a Form Builder to create any information collection forms you need in your store.

SUPPORT:
The extension is compatible with OpenCart 3.0+ and current versions of the UniShop2 template.
