Challenges for managers

A module for OpenCart 3 that allows you to organize work with tasks inside the store admin panel: set tasks for employees, control deadlines, keep a history of changes, associate tasks with orders, products, clients and categories, and also track work through a list, Kanban board and notification counters. It helps you not to lose important actions on orders and products, distribute work between managers and see current tasks directly in the store interface. In fact, you get a mini CRM in your store

The "LIVEOPENCART Tasks" module is intended for:

• assigning tasks to store managers and administrators
• monitoring tasks by status, priorities and deadlines
• work with tasks in the form of a list andKanban boards
• linking tasks to orders, products, customers and categories.
• quickly create tasks from order cards, products, customers and categories
• view the history of changes and comments on the task
• access rights settings for groups and individual users
• displaying notifications and task counters in the header, menu and on the main admin page

• Task statuses, priorities, change history, comments.
• Recurring tasks with customizable period and end daterepeat.
• View tasks in the form of a list and (or) Kanban board with dragging tasks between statuses.
• Linking a task to an order, product, customer and category.
• Buttons for creating a task in the cards of orders, products, customers and categories with automatic substitution of the binding.
• Task counters in the header, menu and main page with their counter updating without rebooting.
• Ability to use Email notifications about tasks and their changes.
• Customize the colors of task statuses, priorities and order statuses.
• Coloring order statuses in the order list, on the main page and in the order history.
• Flexiblesetting up rights for user groups and individual users.
• Multilingual (default languages: Russian, English, Kazakh, Ukrainian).

Installation:
Download the ocmod file through the standard add-on installation.
Install the module.
Clear modifier cache.
Write down the necessary settings and access rights.

Works on LiveStore 3, OCStore 3, Opencart 3. Standard template. For different admin panels, modifications will be required, possibly for a fee.
