  • The invoice is usually issued within a few hours after receiving the application.
  • Invoice from an individual entrepreneur without VAT. The individual entrepreneur works with a signature, without a stamp.
  • If desired, it is possible to sign a sublicense agreement for the transfer of non-exclusive rights and/or a service agreement. You can request them by email.
  • After payment, we send two copies of the act of transfer of rights (if modules or templates are purchased) and two copies of the act of service provision (if services are purchased) via electronic document management or Russian Post. We really hope that you will sign our copy and send it back immediately after receiving it. More about the parameters of electronic document management.
  • If we do not receive the signed documents from your side within a month after sending, we reserve the right to discontinue support for the products you purchased.
  • Access to files is provided after the money is credited to our bank account. Copies of payment orders are not accepted.
  • For repeat orders, it is enough to send your TIN instead of full details.
