Live carts - a module for tracking active shopping carts in real time.
The module shows which products customers are adding to the cart right now and additional information about the visitor - where he came from, from what device and when he was active.

Livecarts help marketers and managers see current customer activity and understand which advertising channels and products lead users to purchase.
The module is currently undergoing testing and testing, so some of the planned functionality is still in development.
At the moment, the collection of metrics and data about users is already working, and viewing active shopping carts is also available.
In the near future, a full-fledged administrative part of the module will be implemented with expanded information about customers, referral sources and their activity.
The current version of the module already collects data, and the functionality of the administrative part will gradually expand. As new features are added and the module develops, its cost will also increase.increase.
Compatibility and impact on cart
The module does not change the standard logic of the shopping cart and does not interfere with its contents.
The module does not change the products, quantity or other data of the cart, and
does not affect its lifespan and storage mechanism. It only receives the necessary data to display customer activity and collect marketing metrics.
The module can also work together with the
CartKeeper module. The modules do not conflict with each other: CartKeeper is responsible for saving the cart, and “
Live Carts” is responsible for monitoring it and collecting additional information about the buyer.
Installation instructions:
- Install the art_live_cart_3.ocmod archive via the standard add-on manager;
- Go to the "System->User Groups" section, select the desired group and check the "Allowed viewing" and "Allowed changes" checkboxes next to art_analytics/live_cart and save;
- Update OCMOD cache;
- Now in the “Sales” menu item there should be a sub-item “Shopping carts”
