A simple free module for working with a feedback form
 
In Opencart, a fairly common problem is letters (messages) from the feedback form page (Contact Us page).
Some emails end up in spam.
Some part does not reach the store administration, but these are buyers who cannot contact the administrator and simply go to another store.
 
What is this module for?

1. After the buyer sends a message from the Contact us page, it will be displayed in the general list of all similar requests on the page of this module.
2. You, as a store administrator, will be able to view the received message in more detail (a brief content is displayed in the list).
3. Export listreceived messages in a CSV file (customer name + email).
4. But the most convenient thing is that you can respond to the buyer from the store admin panel. HTML support is provided for a letter from a store, so your letter will not only be more beautiful, but can also contain a quote from the buyer’s message, your logo and contacts, images, videos, maps, etc., in order to give the buyer the most detailed answer.
