Transferring purchases from one account to anothe

The ideal option is to purchase modules and templates directly on the user's account. However, if for some reason this was not possible, and you want to transfer purchased items from one account to another, follow these steps:

1) Send an email from the buyer's email address to help@liveopencart.ru, with a message similar to this:

We request to transfer the following orders from (buyer's email) to (new owner's email):

• Order numbers
• Product names

2) After that, send an identical email from the new owner's email address.

Within one business day, we will process the transfer and notify you upon completion. Please note that the transfer only includes updating buyer information in our database. In some cases, additional actions may be required from module authors.
