Order list extra is an independent and fast order management console (separate page) for OpenCart 3.x, designed for those who find the default order list page inconvenient and uninformative. The module does not replace the original files/pages of the store, but adds a separate workplace where everything necessary for processing orders without unnecessary transitions is collected, with many convenient filters and features.

2. Advanced filter
Find ordersinstantly! Unlike the standard filter, you can search by:
- Phone
- Email
- Buyer's name
- Manager (shows who last edited the order)
- Change date and other standard parameters.
3. Total control over the actions of managers
The module automatically records which manager (admin user) last made changes to the order. This works both when quickly changing the status from the list, and when fully editing an order (via the Edit button) or adding order history using standard OpenCart tools!
4. Everything in one workplace
Forget about constantly going back and forth to the order view page. View products, options, comments and notes right in the listorders thanks to a convenient preview of the order in the list. The order is visible almost entirely!
5. Status color scheme
Customize the visual perception of the table to suit you. The module allows you to set an individual color for each order status. Important orders are immediately noticeable.
6. Improved ergonomics
- Internal notes for orders directly from the list.
- Auto-tips for customers (Email, Phone) when hovering.
- Display of “lost” orders, including thanks to thoughtful sorting and filtering.
INSTALLATION IN THREE STEPS
1. Install the archive using the standard add-on installer (Extensions - Installing extensions).
2. Refresh the modifier cache.
3. Open “Extensions → Extensions”,Click "Install" next to the "List of Extra Orders" module, enable the module and save the settings.
4. For workgroups, add rights (Users - User Groups) “View” and “Edit” for `sale/fast_order`; Customizing colors also requires `extension/module/fast_order` modification permission.
DATA AND COMPATIBILITY
Notes and the last manager are stored in the module’s own table, so “Extra Order List” does not require changing the orders table of OpenCart itself.
TRANSPARENT AND ACCURATE
The module is written in compliance with the OpenCart MVC-L standards, uses a minimal amount of OCMOD interventions (only to display the jump button and fix the author of the edit) and does not change the OpenCart core schema.
